Metalspurc mesh fabric is nano metal-coated polymer mesh fabric, this metal-coated polymer fabric can be laminated with low-iron glass , Low-E Glass or Float Glass. The raw mesh is precision woven plymer mesh fabric and then Nono Metal is desposited on the surface of polymer fabric. the finished glass laminate has different privacy level with transmittance light between 25-60%. Aluminium, Copper,Bronze,Inox,Titanium metal coating and customized color and pattern can be available. It is an idea mesh fabric material suitable for both indoor and outdoor decorative laminated glass application

Internal Test: We have tested SGP glass laminate with metalspurc fabric according to the following standard:

​1. Two hour Boiling Test

​2. Pummel Test

​3.-40 celcius Degree 360 hours

​4. 85 celcius Degree 85% humidity 1500 hours

​5. 150 celcius degree baking 2 hours

​6.85 celcius degree 85% humidity 20 hours, -40 celcius degree 2 hours, total 10 cycles

​7. UV Radiation 2000 hours
